Shipping Times

I ship within 2-14 days of purchasing. Most packages within the US will reach their destinations within a week from shipping date, although USPS processing times vary. Packages heading outside of the USA generally take about 2-3 weeks, although it may take longer. See International Shipping for details.

Please make sure your address is correct when purchasing!!! I do my best to follow up on incorrect addresses when the packages are returned to me, but to make sure it gets to you quickly the first time and I won't have to purchase multiple shipping labels, double-checking your address is super helpful :)

International Shipping (CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & UK)

Customs and import duties may likely be applied to orders when your shipment reaches its destination - Peripheral US is not responsible for these fees.

If your package has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, often times it is being held at your local post office for you to pay customs fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AT THE RISK OF THE SHOPPER. International shipments may be subject to fees and/or duties upon arrival that Peripheral US is not responsible for.

How much you may have to pay in customs/duties/taxes/import is based on the total cost of your goods. The postal service is in charge of collecting this from you and the number is out of my control, it is decided by your government and goes straight to them.

I cannot control how much carriers charge for shipping (collected at checkout) or how much your postal service may charge upon delivery for taxes or duties, unfortunately! 

I also cannot be responsible for missing or delayed packages. All international orders are shipped domestically and then are handed off to your local postal company. Tracking information may stop updating once it leaves the USA or in some occasions, is marked as 'delivered' when it enters the destination country. It can take up to 1-6 weeks to receive your order. 

Please know that when you place an order from outside the US, you are assuming all risks of international shipping.

I don’t currently offer worldwide shipping outside of the US, AUS, NZ, UK & Canada, I’m so sorry! There’s several reasons why, but they all come down to my current capacity for managing any issues international shipping may bring. A workaround option is if you have a friend in one of the places I currently ship to, you can order to their place and have them forward it to you as a gift, or you can also look into reshipping / intermediary / freight forwarding services. I haven’t used or looked into any personally, but i’ve heard people mention services like shippn, comgateway or reship.

 

Multiple Order Package Policy

If multiple orders are placed within the same shipping window (2-14 days) to the same name and address, I do my best to ship the orders together in order for all the products to get to you at the same time :) This means you will receive one tracking number. If you have placed multiple orders within the same shipping window and would rather have them shipped separately, feel free to contact me and I can make sure to do that!


Where is My Product Listing?

I do small batch launches with new products every week, and because of that I need to make room in my shop weekly. You may notice your product listing isn't in my shop anymore after being sold out. After your order ships, I try to clear out the listings to make way for the next batch. If you need to refer to a particular listing, please screenshot it for future reference. In most cases, listing descriptions will be similar but please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have a question about a listing.
 

Shipping, Refund & Replacement Policies (Please read before buying)

All items are final sale. After purchase, I am responsible for shipping the product and providing a tracking number.

I am not responsible for mail lost by shipping carriers after I ship and provide a tracking number :( Once USPS picks up the packages from me, I am only able to track them using the same tracking number that is sent to the email provided at checkout, once your order is shipped. When they collect your order from me, it is literally out of my hands and completely in theirs. For handmade goods, no replacements or refunds are available directly from me, except for received damaged goods. This is due to each product being individually hand-made by me, and the time that goes in to each piece.

All domestic orders (within United States) are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. This shipping service comes with automatic limited insurance. In the event your package is lost, you are able to file a domestic claim with USPS using your tracking number to apply for reimbursement up to $100. This claim must be filed within 60 days. Please reach out to me if you’d like to file a claim, and I will be able to help send along all the info you need :) If your claim is accepted, you will receive compensation in the form of a check. 

All international orders are shipped standard uninsured, and I am not able to offer refunds or replacements if your international package is lost in transit. Once it’s in the hands of USPS, it’s beyond my control. 


If you wish to cancel your order I can only do so before your package ships. Additionally,
 if you want something changed about your order like email address or shipping address please let me know and I'd love to help out :) 

DISCLAIMER: due to their handmade nature, my earrings may never be completely perfect. Slight flaws are a part of my work and are usually visible in the product pictures! Please keep this in mind when purchasing, and while I try my best to make sure every piece is up to my standard, they are definitely not of 'factory' quality. Earrings with personality!! 

 

Replacement Earring(s)

At this point, I’m not able to make replacements for a previous pair purchased. I’m so sorry if an earring gets lost, but currently each pair is sold as-is and no replacements are offered. One thing to help keep earrings in your ears is to squish the back of the earring hook so that the hook is as tight to your ear as possible! Or using some earring backings if there’s a pair that’s especially close to your heart :) You can request earring backings with your earrings in the notes area at checkout or by contacting me via the contact page after purchasing.

 

Metal Inquiries & Optional Earring Backings

All gold earrings are 18k gold plated, stainless steel underneath. All silver earrings are stainless steel. If any pair differs from this metal standard, it is listed in the product description (ex. metal dragon earrings). While all findings that I use are advertised to me as hypoallergenic and are good for most sensitive ears, these findings may contain a trace amount of nickel (5-8%). This is okay for the majority of sensitive ears, but if you're highly allergic or irritated by nickel, please be aware before purchasing. Unfortunately I don't provide metal swaps or substituting besides what is available under earring hardware substitutes, but you're welcome to switch the jewelry findings out at home if needed!  

If the earring has charms attached to it, please be aware that those charms attached to your clay earring may contain other metals such as brass, 18k gold, or sterling silver. They may also contain materials like glass, cubic zirconia, or plastic. These materials vary by charm and by earring design, so if you have any questions about the charm’s materials in a particular pair of earrings, please contact me :)

Earrings are not shipped with any kind of backings. If you require rubber backings please leave me a note or send me a quick email via the 'contact me' page after purchase.


Custom Orders

At this point I don't offer custom orders. SO sorry but thank you for your interest!


Jewelry Care, Liability and Caution Disclaimer (Please read before buying)

Clay jewelry is a bit more fragile than many other types, and sometimes may require extra attention or mindfulness. Please see the attached image of my jewelry care card for extra clarification. I am responsible for creating and shipping your earrings. Anything that may occur once the package leaves my front door is unfortunately out of my control. Please see 'Refund Policies' for details on the exception, which is if you recieve damaged goods. If you have any issues with your order, please also feel free to reach out to me, I would love to ensure a pleasant experience shopping from my little store :)

Purchasing my work means you are agreeing that I am not liable for anything that may happen beyond the creation and shipping of your order. My materials are polymer clay (non-toxic), stainless steel, 18k
gold if you purchase any of my products containing gold metal. Glass or plastic, brass, sterling silver, nickel-free alloy or other materials are often used in my work when i work with charms. Please do not purchase if you are allergic or sensitive to those materials. All my products are made for accessorizing purposes, they are not edible or for any other purpose besides wearing. Please be cautious with earrings as their metal components can sometimes pierce skin or cause other damage. Please keep your earrings away from small children and animals for their safety.
